1. When can I expect my items to be delivered?
All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, you can expect it to be delivered within 7-10 business days as the handling time is 6-8 business days. Business days are considered as in EST time zone. 

    2. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
    Absolutely! Once you place your order, you will receive an order number for reference. If you don’t receive it within 24-48 hours, please feel free to reach out to us.

    5. Why isn’t my tracking number working?
    Tracking numbers may take 0-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. In rare cases, a shipping carrier may lose an order. If your tracking number doesn’t work after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

    6. What it the Refund procedure?

    Upon receiving your returned item, we will carefully inspect it and update you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
